I want the get a phone line installed so I get service from another provider, how do I do this?

We recently noticed other service providers advising customers that they can only provide service if the line is first installed by eir and to apply directly on www.eir.ie for installation.

This is untrue, it is your chosen service providers responsibility to manage your line installation on your behalf, please don't let them shirk their responsibility. But since you're here, why not take a look at our great value bundles. We might have something that's more suitable and don't worry, we'll never send you elsewhere to get your line installed.
