Top Up to activate my current offer
To activate the €20 offer, top up by €20 and text "twenty" to 50104. You should then top up by €20 every 30 days.
To activate the €30, top up by €30 and text "thirty" to 50104. You should then top up by €30 every 30 days.
How do I opt in to an add on?
Firstly you need to ensure you have enough credit on your account to activate your add on. Then simply choose your add on and freetext the relevant keyword to 50104
Whats the difference between a booster and recurring add on?
Recurring add-ons are those which automatically renew every month provided there is a sufficient balance on the account to cover the cost of the add-on. Recurring add-ons will automatically renew unless you cancel them.
Booster add-ons are one off add-ons which do not recur.
How do I cancel or change an add on?
The easiest way to cancel an add-on is to text the opt out code for your add-on to 50104.
Please note you will not keep the allocation of your previous add-on if you cancel in the middle of your 28 days.
How do I schedule a top up?
You can schedule a top up by calling the Top Up Direct service on 1743 or through your online Top Up account.
When will my Prepay offer activate?
Please note customers who make a call straight away without waiting for the confirmation text will be charged standard rates. This may, in some cases reduce credit below the amount required to activate the promotion. Always wait to receive your confirmation text.
