UAN information

UAN stands for Universal Account Number, which is an eight-digit account number that is used to port telephone numbers between phone companies.

The UAN is an important piece of information which is used by service providers to confirm that the person enquiring about the customer account is the customer concerned. This information is also required by service providers when a customer wishes to change service provider

Virgin Media (formally UPC)

To make the switch, you will need your Virgin Media account number (UAN Number) and phone number for checkout. This number can be found at the top of you bill.
Once you've placed your order, we will be in touch to switch you to eir's new Broadband and Talk services soon. You will also need to contact Virgin Media in order to cancel your account with them.

Sky

You will need your Sky account number (UAN Number) and phone number for checkout. This number can be found at the top of you bill.

Perlico

If it is a standard bill that has been posted, it will be in the breakdown of charges. Online billing: On the second page, under breakdown of charges. Having trouble finding it? Call Perlico on 1912 and ask an agent for it.

Vodafone

The UAN is located on the 2nd page of the bill above the list of calls. Having trouble finding it? Call 1907

BT

On BT bills the UAN is called the Universal Account Number and is on the left side of the first page of your bill. Having trouble finding it? Call 1904

Digiweb (formally Talk Talk)

The UAN is normally located on the top of the first page. Having trouble finding it? Call Digiweb on 1890 940 405 and ask an agent for it.

Imagine

On the second page, under charges in advance for line rental you will see UAN. Depending on how long you are with Imagine it may be located on the reverse side of the first page.
