eir is delighted to announce that applications will be accepted for another couple of weeks for the 2016 eir Graduate Programme. This year's 'attraction' campaign has been bigger and better than ever, aimed at recruiting the very best possible talent for the coming year. The company has already received a large number of applications to date but is keen to hear from other applicants who are interested in being considered for this exciting Programme.
This year's Graduate Programme aims to hire 15 Graduates, across a General Rotation Programme and the eir Finance team. The General Rotation Programme is open to Graduates of all disciplines, who will rotate between four different areas of the business over two years. The Finance graduates will work and study towards a career in finance.
The graduate programme offers candidates the unique opportunity to develop their leadership, functional and practical skills in a market leading company that is at the cutting edge of technological innovation in Ireland.
In addition, personal and professional development will be at the heart of a structured two year programme, providing graduates with an opportunity to make a real impact, by sharing their opinion on how they think the graduate programme should be delivered. At the end of the graduate programme cycle, their opinions will be put into motion and implemented for next year’s graduate programme cycle.
Successful applicants will be involved in a wide range of exciting and varied projects, and get first-hand experience working as part of Ireland’s digital future.
Applications are open until 11th of December and interested parties should visit http://earlytalent.eir.ie/ Applicants can also find out more on twitter, using the hashtag #earlytalent or by visiting @eir
