DUBLIN, June 25th, 2018 – eircom Holdings (Ireland) Limited (the “Company”) today announces that on June 25th, 2018 the Euronext Dublin agreed to (i) the withdrawal from trading on the Global Exchange Market and (ii) the removal from the Official List of the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin of eircom Finance DAC’s €700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1432395785/ XS1432396080 (RegS/144A)) (the “Notes”).
The withdrawal from trading and removal from the Official List of the Notes will be effective on June 25th, 2018.
The Notes are now listed on the Official List of the International Stock Exchange (the “TISE”) effective on June 25th, 2018.
