eir announces successful extension of existing term loans
Issued 08 July 2019 - eir has today announced the successful extension of the residual secured term loans that mature in 2024 to 2026. Pro forma for this transaction, eir will have no funded maturities until May 2026 and will have extended the weighted average life of its entire capital structure from 6.4 to 6.8 years, with no change in its annual interest costs.
