Can I change my billing due date?

Unfortunately you cannot change your billing dates as they are linked to your billing cycle.

I haven’t received a bill?

New customers are automatically signed up to paperless billing. This means that instead of receiving a bill in the post you receive your bill online every month. We’ll send you an email when your bill is available to view.

Please check your email address is up to date. If you change your email address please also update it in my eir.
