My first bill explained

First Bill

Your first bill with us will be a little different to your usual bill. There may be one-off charges
relating to:

  • Installation or Activation fees
  • Part Period Rental
  • Equipment Charges (if applicable)
  • Any outstanding balance from your previous plan
  • Calls not included in your bundle

When will I receive my first bill?

You will receive your first bill approximately 2-4 weeks after your service is installed. Register for my eir to manage and pay your bills online.
