What is the eir/Real Rewards partnership?
eir are now a partner in the SuperValu Real Rewards program. Register your eir residential account and you'll get 1 point for every €2 paid. And you can also use your Real Rewards points to save up to €60 off your eir account annually.
Currently the offer is open to residential customers who have a fixed line and/or broadband or a bundle account. Customers with mobile accounts only are not eligible. However, if you bundle your account with one of our fixed line, broadband or TV bundles you will be able to join the program.
How do I link my accounts?
To link your account, log into your my eir account and you’ll find the option for Real Rewards under the ‘more’ menu at the top of the page.
It will take up to 48 hours for your accounts to link and start earning points for payment, or to use a voucher. Once your Real Rewards and eir account are linked, you'll also get 100 welcome points on us.
How do I collect points with eir?
After registering your account on my eir, you will get 1 point for every €2 you pay eir. Once registered, we will take care of updating Real Rewards with your points. You will see these points on your Real Rewards account, the Real Rewards app or on your statement mailings from Supervalu.
It may take up to 7 days for these points to appear on your Real Rewards account after paying your bill.
Are there any payment types I won’t get points for?
You won't earn points for the following:
- a credit placed on your eir account and then refunded by us before your next bill is due
- payment of a security deposit to eir
- payment for a re-connection fee to eir
- payment against an eir bill which is more than 60 days overdue
