Our customer contact centre re-opened today Monday, March 05, however, we are experiencing very high call volumes at present so we really appreciate your patience.

We don’t expect significant network damage from the fallen snow, however, winds may have impacted some areas. This is currently being assessed by our teams and will continue to restore service to those affected ASAP.
