I’m a prepay customer, how do I get the hayu offer?
New and existing customers can avail of 6 months free hayu by following the steps below:
- Ensure you have selected a prepay offer that includes the hayu offer. Check out our offers here.
- Opt in by sending “hayu” to 50100.
Once you have followed the above steps, it will take up to 3 working days for your code to be sent to you by SMS.
I’m a billpay customer, how do I get the offer?
Any bill pay customer that joins or upgrades (re-contracts) on one of our advertised plans on or after 8th September are eligible to avail of 6 months free hayu.
To redeem a code, eligible billpay customers should send “hayu” to 50100. It will take up to 3 working days for your code to be sent to you by SMS.
If you have been sent a code and have misplaced it, you can request for this to be sent again by simply sending “hayu” to 50100.

What happens after my free 6 months are up?
When you have reached the end of your free 6 months, hayu will send you an email prompting you to subscribe for €4.99 per month. Don’t worry, as no payment details were taken upfront, nothing additional can be charged to you unless you request to do so.
Will I be charged for data if I stream hayu on my mobile?
Any streaming of hayu using your mobile data connection will be deducted from your inclusive allowance or charged at standard rates in the absence of an allowance.
