What to do if your phone is lost or stolen

If your mobile has been lost or stolen please contact our eir Care Team immediately. We will put a temporary block on your SIM to prevent a 3rd party from running up a bill.

We'll also put a bar on your handset so as your phone will not be able to make outgoing calls on an Irish network. If you're availing of insurance please make sure to report the incident to your local Garda station who will issue you with a crime reference number. You will also need to contact MobileCover within 48 hours of the incident occurring on 1890 212 555
