Who can get the offer?

From the 22nd May 2019, our Simply Top Up Plans are changing.

All customers currently opted into our Simply Top Up Talk or Text offers, and topping up by €5 and/or €10 (details of which can be found here) will now have to top up their accounts more frequently for their offer to remain active.

What plans are affected?

All customers currently opted into our Simply Top Up Talk or Text offers, and topping up by €5 and/or €10 will now be charged the following:

Note - Customers opted into Simply Top Up Talk or Text and topping up by €20 and/or €30 regularly are not affected.

What happens if I don’t top up on time?

These changes mean that you will have to top up more frequently if your offer is to remain active. If you don’t top up after the 7/14 day period, your offer will not re-activate and you will be charged base rates for calls, texts and data until you top up again.

How do I opt in?

You can opt into our Simply Top Up offers by Freetexting:
