Upgrade your mobile device
If you're nearing the end of your current contract, you may be due an upgrade. You can check if you’re eligible for an upgrade by visiting my eir.
You can also check if you’re eligible for an upgrade by contacting our Customer Care Team or by calling into one of our retail stores. We’ll help you pick a plan and handset that works best for you. You’ll need to bring the following with you:
- Copy of existing mobile bill (last 3 months)
- A credit/bank card
