Creating / Removing Signature

If when sending a mail you wish to have or remove a pre saved sign off / signature

• Click Preference on the top menu bar
• Click Signature on the left hand menu bar
• In the box marked Name ensure that this is the correct name you want visible at the end of your mail
• In the text box below you can type a short message
• Scroll back up to the top of the page, click Save

Note:

If there is a name that you do no longer wish to use ensure that all the above are clear
To remove a signature you no longer wish to use click delete
