Incorrect Name Showing in Recipients Inbox

If this is not a name you recognise, your account may have been compromised, we suggest changing your password immediately.

To change the name.

  • Click Preferences on the top menu bar
  • Click Account on the left hand menu
  • In section marked Primary Account Settings ensure that the Account Name is either blank or contains the correct name.
  • Scroll back up to the top of the page, click Save
