It is open to all new and existing eir Vision customers who do not already have Sky Sports and Sky Movies. Please contact us on 1901 and one of our agents will be happy to set you up. Billing for the service will start automatically. 1 month for free when you sign up online. The monthly charge will be €46 in month 2. If you wish to cancel at any time during the free period please contact 1901.
We will move you to a new bundle with your TV service added to your eir Fibre and Voice package. We will enter you into a new 18 month contract and remember, you will receive your first 6 months of eir Vision Essential pack free of charge! If you have any further questions about what happens to your existing pack, call our customer service team on 1800 303 472.
Yes. As it's a brand new bundle, you will enter a new contract for 18 months.

Yes, we have ensured that switching is easy and seamless. We will send you a switching pack which explains the whole process.
Yes, whichever channels you subscribe to will be available on all your eir Vision boxes. A small number of customers may not be able to receive HD channels in all rooms - we will advise you of that when you order.
When the eir technician installs eir Vision, he will disconnect your Sky box should you wish. We will not take your dish off the wall, although this is something that you can do as you will no longer need it to receive TV.
Powered by eir Fibre's superfast broadband, you can expect eir Vision to deliver stunning, high quality picture and sound on both standard definition programmes and those that are available in high definition.
Subtitles are available on RTÉ1 & RTÉ2 and other selected channels.

No, eir Vision customers are not required to pay a deposit.
Yes. In order for us to keep administration costs down and offer you the best value possible, we ask eir Vision customers to pay by Direct Debit.
